The Interview:

1. What's your background? How did you get started in the fitness industry?

I have been lifting weights for 10 years and decided in 1999 to present my hard work on stage and get some recognition.

2. What do you feel is your biggest fitness-related accomplishment?

Miss Fitness (Sydney) 1999

3. Is fitness modeling/competition your full-time job? If not, what else do you do?

Psychologist and fitness model. Run my website:

4. What are your immediate and long-term goals?

Immediate - get on Big Brother 3.
Long-term - host a travel show on TV.

5. Please describe a typical day for you. What is your daily routine like?

Get up, work out with weights for an hour and do cardio for half an hour then go to work, come home, surf the internet then go to bed.

6. Please describe your normal diet. How do you eat to stay in shape?

Mostly vegetarian.

7. What is your training routine like?

2 body parts a day i.e. back and biceps.

8. What supplements do you use?

Simply Cut by EAS. Aussie Bodies protein bars.


9. How do you motivate yourself to get/stay in shape?

Tony Robbins. Partner is a personal trainer.


10. What are a few of your favorite fitness and health-related web sites?

11. What tips would you give to someone who wanted to get into the fitness modeling (or fitness competition) industry?

Train hard and find a good mentor.
