Interview Questions:

1. What is your background? How did you get started in the fitness industry?

I am latin, my mom is from Puerto Rico and my father is from Venezuela. I started in the fitness industry just like most girls do, just by training and wanting to have tone muscles, not realizing one day I will be on covers of magazines and competing at the National Level!


2. What do you feel is your biggest fitness-related accomplishment?

First was, when I was feature on the covers of the top fitness magazines, now is helping my clients (fitness/bodybuilding) achieve their goals and help them to be prepare for stage! I love the challenge and working with beautiful people!


3. Is fitness modeling/competition your full-time job? If not, what else do you do?

No is not my full-time job, at the present time, it was in the past. I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist, also I am an accountant.


4. What are your immediate and long-term goals?

One day open my own Personal Training Spa for my clients, high top quality!


5. Please describe a typical day for you. What is your daily routine like?

Good one! First thing in the morning I go to the gym, to do my cardio, then I go to work at my regular day job, then at night I go back to the gym to train myself, and then right after that train my clients, I have clients from 6pm-10pm every night, then after that I go home, where my husband Tim McAuliffe is waiting for me!

Some nights I have to work on the website and answer emails and interviews just like this one! Also take care of phone calls, new clients and not forgetting my miniature Jack Russell, Elvis...my boy! As you can see my days are very long, but at the end of the day...everyone is happy with the Latinbomb!


6. Please describe your normal diet. How do you eat to stay in shape?

I eat 5-6 small meals a day, high protein-low carbs, cardio every day with my weight training at night...no exceptions! I keep myself busy all the time, so is no time to gain anything! hahahah!


7. What is your training routine like?

Off Season, ( I compete at the National Level ) High Weight, Low Reps. Competition Time is Low Weight, High Reps. You can see more of my routine at my website, http://www.latinbomb.com for more details.


8. What supplements, if any, do you use?

Glutamine, Creatine, Whey Protein, Fat Burners, and off-season some Andros.


9. How do you motivate yourself to get/stay in shape?

My clients, my husband, the magazines jobs...I want to show everyone what I can do and teach to others, what better example than myself!


10. What are a few of your favorite fitness and health-related web sites?

My own, http://www.latinbomb.com, is not so much what is in there, is the work and long hours put in, I design my own site, also the info/photo... anything in there is me!


11. What tips would you give to someone who wanted to get into the fitness modeling (or fitness competition) industry?

To believe in themselves, to be motivated, and not to let anyone stop their dreams or goals...to believe in God, and try the best they can...trust me, it's the voice of experience talking!


12. If someone you knew asked you how to lose weight and get into shape quickly, what would you tell them?

To call me and set up a consultation, I treat all my clients like my family, for me their goals are my goal, and I won't stop until they achieve their goals! You can see some of my Testimonial Clients at my site!


13. What do you feel differentiates you from other people in your field?

I care, and I believe in loving and respecting my clients like they all part of me...which they are!
